Product Description: If the blade is jammed due to broken lead and the sharpener doesn't sharpen pencils, reinsert a hard HB/2B pencil to dislodge the broken leads while sharpening. If it still doesn't work, remove the lid, take out the blade, and dislodge the jams with a steel wire or similar tool.

If the pencil gets stuck in the sharpener, stopping it from working, remove the lid, take out the pencil, and put the lid back on to use. Avoid sharpening pencils less than 2.9 inches, as they may get stuck in the blade.

If the pencil tip breaks often, the strong helical blade gives hard pencils a super sharp point. However, if the pencil core is soft, it may cause tip breakage. In this case, change to the medium or blunt setting.

If the sharpener spins but doesn't sharpen pencils, push the pencil down a bit harder.

If the sharpener doesn't hold a charge, change the adapter. Ensure the specification is 5V 2A, not too high or too low.
