Regarding the tips for using our products, we advise not to sharpen the pencil anymore once it's done, as it may chew up the pencils. Additionally, it's not recommended for very soft charcoal pencils and eyebrow pencils, as it may cause broken leads. Pencils with thicker cores will get longer points, while standard No. 2 pencils don't get such long points.

It's also important to note that it's not recommended to sharpen soft-core pencils. If you want to try, we suggest adjusting the sharpness settings to the middle setting and taking the pencil out a few times during sharpening to check if it's sharpened well, as it may cause broken leads. Furthermore, to prevent lead breakage, the force applied when sharpening should not be too large, as soft carbon and most lead are brittle.
